Application to Camp Kol Torah requires that both Parents and Campers agree to the following rules and understandings:

Smoking and drinking of alcoholic beverages of any kind is prohibited. E cigarettes are also prohibited.
Ipods, I pads and any devices with screens that have video capabilities may not be brought or used in Camp.
Use of Cell phones is not allowed in Camp. If one needs to be used on an airline trip, they must be turned in immediately upon arrival.
Camp Kol Torah maintains a nut free environment. Please do not send along any items that contain nuts, peanut butter or nut oil.
Camp Kol Torah or any of its staff or personnel is not responsible for any personal property.
In case of an emergency chas v’sholom, we will always try to reach you. If this is not possible, we must have your written permission before any hospital or doctor will treat him:
By initialing below, I understand that emergency medical service may be necessitated for our child when we can’t be reached. I hereby authorize and empower any officer or employee of Camp Kol Torah to obtain medical treatment as required. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, I hereby authorize and empower such individuals to sign admission slips, consent forms, financial responsibility forms on our behalf, and all other forms necessary for admission of my child to a hospital or other physician or surgeons care. I hereby remise, release, and forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Camp Kol Torah, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from all loss, cost expense, and liability by reason of any action taken hereunder.

I hereby apply my son for enrollment at Camp Kol Torah for the entire season of Tammuz 28 to Menachem Av 26 (July 17, 2023 - August 13, 2023) at the rate mentioned above. If my son is accepted I agree to pay 50% of the balance by March 20, 2023, and the remainder by June 20, 2023.
A $500 Deposit is required.
The $500 deposit includes a non-refundable application processing fee of $75.00. The rest of the deposit is refundable until February 20, 2023.
